Could Wealth Inequality be the END OF DEMOCRACY?

If their blatant disregard for reality wasn’t enough, the rich are flooded with endless tax loopholes persevering their never ending wealth reserves while putting the entire weight of government spending and national economies onto the working class.

As the poor get poorer, the question needs to be asked: Could wealth inequality will be the end of democracy?

Although democracy may have different meanings for different people, the idea of democracy is that all individuals are supposed to have equal standing. That means each individual, regardless of their social class, has the same vote as all others; the same right to express oneself in the political sphere and the same influence over government action.

But when the wealthy receive incentives to invest their wealth and the average citizen is losing more to rising cost of inflation than being compensated by their employers – which side is the government truly on? The rich are able to buy their way through government red tape, to space, and beyond. They can bargain away workers rights while the poor, working class are held under the thumbs of both bureaucratic and tyrannical elites.
