Ingredients
Organic nettle leaf, organic St. John’s wort, organic spearmint leaf, organic damiana leaf, and organic valerian root.
Build Your Brew
Fill one teaspoon of loose leaf tea into a french press, cloth bag or mesh basket. Place inside your favourite mug and gently pour eight ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. Feel free to experiment with the steep time to create your perfect brew.
